Tried and tested a thousand times over and yet we learn new things with every new application.  This wealth of experience is stored and evaluated in our minds and databases. Screw conveyors are the first choice for the reliable and energy-efficient conveyance of almost all bulk materials. The conveying capacity and the geometry of a screw conveyor are determined by several parameters. A wealth of experience is essential for the correct choice of these parameters. Our in-house developed calculation program, from tests in our pilot plant, ensure the correct application-specific design. Simple cleaning, hygienic designs, cooling and heating are just a few of the many design options. Whether for the food or the non-food sector our screw conveyors and dosing screws are always designed and manufactured for specific applications and for optimised operational safety and economic viability. The screws are FDA compliant, available in ATEX design and with EN1935/2004 certificate.
