Rotary sifter of the WIS series

Our rotary sifter offers maximum process reliability. Its strengths are efficient control sieving and reliable breakdown of agglomerates. Rotating impact bars throw particles and agglomerates against a static sieve basket, the desired grain size passes through the sieve and agglomerates are broken up. The unwanted oversized grain or foreign parts are discharged from the front of the screen basket. In the inlet area, the  rotary sifter is equipped with a feed screw with a progressive thread pitch. Screen coverings are available in different qualities and mesh sizes.

Optionally, the rotary sifter can also be installed inline in pneumatic conveying lines.

AMMAG system components are always designed and manufactured specifically for the application and for optimised operational safety and economic efficiency. Our rotary sifter is FDA-compliant, available in ATEX design, with EN1935 / 2004 certificate and with a wide range of accessories.
