When producing mixtures, in many cases small or very small amounts of the components have to be added to the main components. Often only a few grams of a substance must be dosed. The operator of the AMMAG micro dosing system can dose these components in accordance with the recipe.
These components are stored in several compactly arranged storage containers. The operator-guided filling takes place via a mobile sack infeed station, where the filling levels are monitored by filling level sensors. The filling position and the lid lock are monitored electronically, preventing mistakes.
The ergonomically arranged, mobile scale with control terminal is positioned at the dispensing opening, specified by the recipe. The control system releases the electronically locked opening, and the operator doses the corresponding amount into the weighing hopper. When the target value is reached, the opening is locked and the next component is ready for dosing.
After dosing all the components contained in the recipe, this premix is added to the main mix and acknowledged by a barcode reader.
AMMAG system components are always designed and manufactured specifically for the application and for optimised operational safety and economic efficiency. Our small component dosages are FDA-compliant, available in ATEX design, with EN1935 / 2004 certificate and with a wide range of accessories. TÜV certificate about our approvals: EN 1090-1; EN ISO 3834-3.
