Impact sifter of the WS series

Our impact sifter is a vibration-free sieve machine in which several impact bars rotate at high speed in a static and cylindrical screen basket. The product is “pressed” through the sieve by centrifugal force. The oversized grain remains in the sieve until it has been reduced by the impact bars so it can pass through the sieve.

We ensure maximum process and operational reliability with the impact sifter of the WS series from AMMAG. The impact sifter can be used in both batch and continuous operation giving excellent product quality even with difficult and sensitive bulk goods.

AMMAG system components are always designed and manufactured specifically for the application and for optimised operational safety and economic efficiency. Our impact sifters are FDA-compliant, available in ATEX design, with EN1935/2004 certificate and with a wide range of accessories.

Trials of breaking up, shredding and de-agglomerating in our pilot plant. That gives us both confidence, even with new products where there is no empirical data.
