AMMAG separation and aspiration filters for pneumatic suction and pressure conveying systems are designed as jet filters. For separation filters, the dust-laden conveying air is fed tangentially into the filter housing, the product is then separated from the (conveying) air at the filter elements which fall due to gravity, into the outlet cone of the cylindrical filter or separator housing.
The filter elements are cleaned using compressed air pulses. Cleaning intervals, time and intensity of the cleaning impulse can be set with the integrated filter control and adapted to the product properties.
AMMAG system components are always designed and manufactured specifically for the application and for optimised operational safety and economic efficiency.
