Dosing device of DG series

AMMAG dosing devices of the DG series enable significant process reliability and dosing accuracy together with maximum dosing performance. Coarse and fine-flow metering screws ensure quick and precise dosing of powders and granules, even with poor flow properties. An optional loosening agitator ensures compliance with the specification even with difficult products.  If your recipe is expanded with new products, the agitator can also be retrofitted at any time. The dosing device is equipped with a robust and easy-to-use pull-out / swivel device for quick and easy cleaning. The screw shaft remains connected to the housing and can be easily cleaned. The DG series dosing device is suitable for both batch and continuous dosing operations.

AMMAG system components are always designed and manufactured specifically for the application and for optimised operational safety and economic efficiency. Our dosing devices are FDA-compliant, available in ATEX design, with EN1935 / 2004 certificate and with a wide range of accessories.
