Bag unloading stations for manual emptying of bagged goods into a system. Key characteristics of the stations are: Ergonomic aspects are considered during design and construction, a large support table, an insert grate and an integrated filter to ensure a user-friendly and dust-free emptying process and ease of cleaning with a hygienic design.
During the emptying process, the lid of the bag infeed station is opened and the integrated or separate connected aspiration system starts. The bagged goods are placed on the support table, opened and emptied. The formation of dust is prevented by the aspiration system, whereby when an integrated filter is used, the filter dust falls back into the funnel of the bag unloading station.
Bag unloading stations are available both for fixed installation and as a mobile version.
In addition to the support table, unloading station are equipped with a coarse grate. It can optionally be equipped with a control sieve, discharge aids, level indicator and a loosening stirrer. Our magnetic grate from the MR series can be integrated as well as the lump breaker from the ZM series. Combination stations for emptying bagged goods and big bags are also possible.
AMMAG system components are always designed and manufactured specifically for the application and for optimised operational safety and economic efficiency. Our bag infeed stations are FDA-compliant, available in ATEX design, with EN1935/2004 certificate and with a wide range of accessories.
Trials of handling big and small bags in our pilot plant. That gives us both confidence, even with new products where there is no empirical data.
